Sally White King {Map #14} Riverhouse Studio, Apple Valley Road
All life that is happening both inside and out goes into my work. It’s all there . Staying open to what wants to be painted, because then anything can happen. This relationship requires patience curiosity as well as a reckless bold streak. Perhaps without realizing it I have been teaching myself to think in form and colors which according to Rudolf Steiner, increases ones connection to nature and the cosmos.
My works can be seen at the Smith and Klein Gallery in Boulder or the Chrysalis Gallery in South Hampton NY.
The editor of the Redstone Review, Susan McCann said of my work, “Her dreamy flowers blend into a set of amazing color. The paintings take the viewer on a journey into mystical landscapes where color transforms the mood of the viewer into a joyful adventure.”
