Artist Statement: I often think in pictures, analogies and metaphors.  When I have insights and revelations they come with specific images and words; I find a lot of wisdom and healing giving life to these ideas through art.  As I allow these expressions to come to life I often find that sure enough nature leaves her imprint through me:  the cycles of life, the seasons and the elements appear repeatedly in my work.
